Ipheion

A genus from S. America which is becoming very popular for the garden or pots. The new colour selections are stunning. The leaves generally grow throughout the winter and they flower in early to mid spring.

O08 Ipheion 'Alberto Castillo' - the glistening white starry shaped flowers are large for this genus. The flowers contrast well with grey green grass like leaves. Show stopper in the garden and also very good in pots. March/April flowering. Ht 7in (17cm)
